SAMULCO's 9th Satellite Office Grand Opening in Malaybalay City: A Day of Community, Health, and Growth
Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, October– It was a day of immense pride, community spirit, and health outreach as Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative (SAMULCO) celebrated the successful opening of its 9th Satellite Office, nestled in the heart of Malaybalay City. The event, which took place on October 18, 2023, marked a significant milestone for Samulco and the community it serves.
The festivities started with a vibrant motorcade that snaked its way through the streets of Malaybalay City, introducing the arrival of the cooperative's newest satellite office. Samulco Polyclinic and Diagnostic Center (SPDC) Supervisor Agnes Butong led a dedicated team of health professionals in organizing a concurrent medical mission. Working hand in hand with Barangay-9 Health Workers and the City Health Office of Malaybalay, the team provided much-needed medical services, consultations, and check-ups to the local community. This invaluable healthcare initiative underscored Samulco's holistic approach to community well-being.
The Grand Opening was graced by the presence of Mr. Mark Ga of the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region X Extension Office, underscoring the cooperative's adherence to regulatory standards and its dedication to empowering cooperative members and communities.
Newly-recruited members of Samulco were warmly welcomed into the cooperative family during the event. They were provided with comprehensive information about Samulco's services and its commitment to their financial well-being and community development.
