•Fill-up the E-raffle data sheet with your Name, Address, Contact Number, Sales invoice number and signature, together with the signed over printed name of the cashier on duty.

•Raffle draw is on May 5, 2021 at 10:00am at SAMULCO Bldg. 3rd Floor Monteverde, Davao city.

•Winners must present two (2) government -issued photo ID`s at the SAMULCO Buying Club Office.

•Prizes not claimed within the redemption period of sixty (60) days will be forfeited in favor of SAMULCO Buying Club

•All winners must participate in a photo and video documentation of their raffle draw experiences after signing a photo/video release statement with no additional fees.

•All photo and video material shall become properties of SAMULCO Buying Club for promotional purposes.
