SAMULCO OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES ENJOY THE TEAM BUILDING 2022

Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative (SAMULCO) conducted its annual team building at Dagat ni Baste Hotel and Resort, Pantukan, Davao de Oro last September 17-18, 2022. With the theme “Together We Are One”, the successful activity was participated by the Board of Directors, Committee officials, other cooperative officers, and employees. The activity aimed to encourage teamwork among members by building connections and bonds across departments and teams. Everyone got the chance to know each other personally not only just through their names on emails.

“We are here to work together as one, as a team, that is why we are called Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative (SAMULCO)”, Director Rey Labasano, JD, Chairperson of the Education Committee and Vice-Chairperson of the Board, said in his welcoming message.

The team building was composed of different activities to strengthen relationships and make good memories with each other such as basketball tournaments, water games, Zumba, and many more fun activities prepared for the SAMULCO officers and employees.

On the last day of the team building, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ruel S. Ricabo underscored the importance of team building for remaining stronger and resilient to any challenges. As quoted from his thanksgiving message “It is the teamwork that will make us achieve all our goals and target”.

In closing the program, the newly elected Chairperson of the Board Joselito O. Santillan ended the event in his closing remark saying “Kung unsay kulang sa uban, kita ang mudungag. Kung unsay kulang kanato, sila atong doolan”.

The team building shed light on building trust and team bonds. During the two-day activity, SAMULCO officers and employees shared waves of laughter, funny moments, and unforgettable memories. New friendships were found and more acquaintances happened making the purpose of team building successful.
