HOME SERVICE FOR SPDC LABORATORY SERVICES

Home service aims to provide convenience to clients who are senior citizens, busy executives, or patients who prefer to have blood specimen extractions or other laboratory tests done at a specified time and location.

GUIDELINES

1. Home Service is open to all SAMULCO members and non-members within Davao City.
2. Extraction shall be done by qualified SAMULCO Medical Personnel.
3. Laboratory services include Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), Lipid Profile, SGPT, Uric Acid, Creatinine, Cholesterol, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Potassium, Calcium, TSH, T3T4 and other tests.
4. Laboratory procedure that needs fasting shall be cleared by the Medtech or SPDC personnel with the requesting patient prior to extraction.
5. Test result may be claimed in the afternoon at the clinic or may be sent by SPDC personnel to patient's address.
6. The transportation expense shall be charged to the patient.
