Cooperative Month 2020

The celebration of the Cooperative Month in October 2020 will be guided by the theme, “Cooperatives Amidst the Pandemic, Stand for Resiliency, Strive for Sustainability!”  This year, the CDA encourages Cooperatives and all Cooperative Development Partners to bear the official theme in their respective business establishments and post the backdrop image as well, in their websites and social media pages.

For the usual calendar of activities, we still have yet to see.  Since the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic has hampered all public gatherings due to physical distancing, this year’s Coop Month will be no exemption.  

But as our theme suggests, the essence of Cooperativism will prove once again that with unity and the basic principle of helping one another, Cooperatives can still celebrate with a profound sense of gratitude and hope for what lies ahead.
