RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS 1.The raffle is open to all SAMULCO members and non-members. 2.Ticket will be sold at 100.00 per piece. 3.Each ticket entitle the participant to win any of the prizes.Each stub can only win once. 4.Tickets can be purchased from authorized SAMULCO employees in all SAMULCO Branches and other designated outlets. 5.The participant must fill out the entry stub with his/her name,address,contact number,Email address and signature and drop at the drop boxes located at SAMULCO offices or in the Tambiolo during General Assembly. 6.Tax will be shouldered by SAMULCO 7.Raffle promo period is from December1,2017 to March 25,2018.Draw date is on March 25,2018. 8.The winning ticket will be announced during the 51st General Assembly Meeting on March 25, 2018 9.Winners will be announced during the 51st General Assembly and will be notified through phone calls,mail and email.List of winners will be posted in SAMULCO offices and other Social Media. Participants can win as many prizes depending on the number of tickets bought;the more entries the more chances of winning. 10.To claim the prize,the winners must present the winning stub and with any valid I.D 11.Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of draw, otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of SAMULCO.
