SAMULCO Monthly & Year-End raffle promo “Mag Loan at Manalo!” Raffle Promo Mechanics 1. This promotion is open to all SAMULCO Regular members who availed at least P10,000 Loan bearing 2% interest per month. 2. A member gets one (1) raffle entry for every P10,000 worth loan for the period July 1, 2018 to December 28, 2018. 3. A member must have NO delinquency on previous loan. 4. A member is still entitled to join if the delay is not contributory to delinquency. 5. Raffle coupons must be filled out completely with the following information: FULL NAME, CONTACT NO/EMAIL ADDRESS, BRANCH, and SIGNATURE. (Incomplete Entries will be disqualified). 6. A member must drop their entries to their respective branch. 7. Monthly Draw Date will be every 30th day of the Month. Year-End Draw date will be on December 29, 2018 at the Main Office. (All tickets will be redrawn on the end of the year). 8. The monthly and year-end raffle draw will be conducted with the presence of SAMULCO audit representative. 9. Winners will be notified through phone and will be posted to all SAMULCO Branches. 10. Winners can claim their prizes from their respected branches for the monthly raffle winners. Year-End raffle winner will claim their prize at SAMULCO Head Office. 11. Monthly winners must claim their prizes within ten (10) days from draw date. Year-End winner must claim their prize within forty-five (45) days from draw date. Otherwise, these will be forfeited in favor of SAMULCO. 12. All Board of Directors, officers and employees of Sta. Ana Multipurpose Cooperative (SAMULCO) are not qualified to join the promotion. 13. The decision of SAMULCO is deemed final. 14. There will be one (1) winner for one sack of rice, two (2) winners of P1,000 worth SBC GC and two (2) winner P500 worth SBC GC for monthly raffle winners (Monteverde branch will have 10 winners). There will be one (1) winner of 2 days and a 1-night stay at Pearl Farm Beach Resort with breakfast for two (2) persons plus cash allowance of P5,000. 15.
