SAMULCO is proud to announce its 57th Annual Regular General Assembly Meeting, continuing a legacy of cooperative excellence since 1967. This year's assembly will be held in a sequential, virtual, and blended format to ensure all members can participate safely and conveniently.

Part I: Virtual Business Meeting (Online)

The assembly kicks off with a virtual session focused on essential cooperative business and the introduction of candidates for the upcoming elections.

• Date: March 26, 2026 (Thursday)
• Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Venue: ZOOM Video Conference (Meeting codes and passwords will be sent to members)

Election & Voting Schedule

• Onsite Voting: March 27 – April 1, 2026 (Monday to Saturday) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Online Voting: March 27 – April 5, 2026 (Closing at 12:00 NN).

Part II: Grand Assembly (Business Proper)

• Date: April 5, 2026 (Sunday)
• Venue: SMX Convention Center, SM Lanang Premier, Davao City
• Schedule:
  • 6:00 AM – 12:00 NN: Registration
  • 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM: Holy Mass (Face-to-face at the venue)
  • 8:00 AM: Resumption of the Business Meeting
