58 Years of experience member satisfaction
In 1967, Fr. Gerard Loiselle initiated the creation of the Sta. Ana Parish Cooperative Credit Union (SAPCOCU) in Davao Chinatown, modeled after the Case Populaire of Quebec. With 25 incorporators and initial capital of P242, the cooperative aimed to assist parishioners with financial needs. Today, known as SAMULCO, it continues to provide support and envisions a better life through improved financial services. It promotes unity, environmental protection, calamity assistance, health improvement, and social development partnerships with local government.
