What was once a primary goal to let more members visit our branches, and do their transactions on-site. Now, the challenge lies in how to reach them despite the restrictions of physical distancing.


In partnership with UnionBank, SAMULCO has made online fund transfers, and mobile banking transactions available for members’ convenience & safety. And this is only the beginning.


SAMULCO still continues to tie-up with other financial partners to provide a variety of digital transaction features that members could choose from. All in the comforts of their own homes.


With the advances in digital technology, SAMULCO has sought for solutions. In continuing to provide convenience to the members, other online payment options have been provided so that they can continue to transact and settle financial obligations to the Cooperative


As mobile banking apps have become more accessible and user-friendly, SAMULCO has adopted a new way of transacting through online fund transfers. Using any mobile banking app, a member may transfer funds online and settle their dues conveniently while using their smartphones.


Indeed, the possibilities of business continuity for the Cooperative looks bright with the adaptation of these technological advances.

3. Capture screenshot of payment transaction.
4. Send via e-mail or FB Messenger
5. Indicate full name and purpose of payment.



OVER-THE-COUNTER PAYMENTS

1. Visit your nearest Metrobank or BDO branch


2. Fill-out deposit slip and indicate account number

Pay the amount due

3. Wait for validated copy of deposit slip

4. Take photo of validated deposit slip Send photo to SAMULCO via e-mail or FB Messenger Indicate your full name and purpose of payment

Proceed to any UnionBank Branch

Fill-out Bills Payment Slip (as shown) in duplicate copies. Once validated by Teller, you will be given a duplicate copy plus the transaction receipt
